Healing Cucumber Salad

This wonderful cucumber salad is what I call my “Healing Cucumber Salad”.

 2 Organic Cucumbers

                         ½ med. Sweet onion ( Sliced thin) 

                     6 to 8 cherry tomatoes (or plum)

                          3 TBS Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

                               2 TBS Stevia with organic sugar (new)

               ¼ cup  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cucumber salad

                                  Peel, or wash and slice cucumbers and place in a bowl.                                  

Add sliced onion and quarter the tomatoes.

Mix the dressing in a cup and pour over cucumber salad.

Serve cold or at room temperature.
