Li’s Broccoli Salad

My Broccoli Salad is light and healthy. Each ingredient supplies nutrients we need while complimenting most any meal. Here is the recipe:    

1 Bunch of Fresh Broccoli

1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion

1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts

1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries

1/4 Cup Newman’s Own Raspberry Walnut Dressing

Wash and drain broccoli. Chop into small bite-size pieces. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a large spoon. Refrigerate until ready to serve. These ingredients are great for lowering blood pressure, blood sugars and weight loss.
