Li’s Tomato Basil Soup

3 Ripe Tomatoes (Medium Size)

1 sm. can Tomato Sauce

1 can Tomato Paste

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 Cup Water

1 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. sweet basil

1 tsp. Agave Nectar or Honey

1 tsp. dried onion

Heat raw tomatoes enough to remove peel easily. Place in blender and blend out the chunks. Pour into a soup pot and add remaining ingredients.

Bring to a low boil and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
