All you need is: One Heart Shaped Box, One Pound of Almonds or Walnuts, a package of Small Muffin Liners (Or candy liners) and a bag of Premium Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels. Ghiradelli is a good brand for this. Pour the chocolate morsels into a large glass mixing bowl. Microwave them for one minute and 15 seconds. (No longer). Stir with a wooden spoon until creamy. Pour in the nuts and stir until each nut is covered. With a teaspoon, place a small spoonful into each wrapper. Place it on a baking sheet and when the sheet is full, put them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to chill. Remove from the fridge and box ’em up. Eat what doesn’t fit in the box.

Tree nuts in general are great for the heart and preventing cancer.  Almonds have as much calcium as milk and are low in saturated fat. About 25 almonds, provides 3 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, 35 percent of the daily value for vitamin E and manganese, 20 percent of magnesium, 15 percent of riboflavin, copper and phosphorous, 8 percent for both calcium and iron and small amounts of several other B vitamins. Those with inflammatory diseases like Asthma , Arthritis , Eczema can benefit from Walnuts as they have high amounts of Fatty Acid in them. They also promote brain activity and help protect against Heart disease. I have found that walnuts and almonds are the best health promoting nuts on the planet.
